Handbook for recruiters

1. Register and get approved

Register under “For headhunters” with your name (company or person), email address and password, and accept the terms and conditions.

Our staff check every registration by hand. Until you are approved, your area only shows a waiting notice — and your referral link is not yet active.

2. Your referral link

After approval you will find a personal link in your area. Anyone who registers through it is assigned to you automatically — the candidate sees nothing of this.

The link contains an eight-character code; copy it using the button next to the link.

3. Creating candidates yourself

Alternatively you can create candidates directly in your area. You record the same details as in the self-registration; no sign-in is created for the person.

You can edit these profiles for as long as no assignment has been confirmed. After that the profile is view-only — so the state that the contract is based on stays unchanged.

4. Commission

Your commission is a percentage of the placement fee that MedPool invoices to the clinic. Without an individual agreement, the standard rate of 30 % applies.

What counts is always the rate that applied when the respective billing period was recorded. A later change only affects new periods.

• Freelancer: you invoice MedPool for the open commissions yourself.
• Payroll: MedPool pays the commission out through its own payroll.

5. Tracking your finances

Under “Finances & commission” you see your total commission, the amount already paid out and the amount still open, as well as every billed assignment period individually — with the vacancy number, candidate, clinic, placement fee, rate and status.

6. Language and account

At the top right you switch language; your choice also applies to the emails sent to you.

Changing your password and deleting your account are available via your email address at the top right. When you delete it, periods that have already been billed remain for accounting reasons, and your profile is anonymised.
